Auto-Responder
When a new customer opts-in to your text message campaign, they will instantly be sent back an auto-reply message. This auto response can be changed at any time to include a welcome message, coupon or promotions. Auto-responder messages do count as a message deducted from the monthly allotment

Groups
Groups allow you to track your marketing efforts and target the correct audience with your campaigns. Groups add an extension to the end of the keyword separated by a decimal (i.e. the group ad would look like this demo.ad), that permits you to promote groups specifically on different types of marketing allowing you to effectively track where how they were able to opt- in. When sending messages you can be more personable by selecting a specific group (i.e. a message going to a group that opted-in from a banner at a concert might say "I hope the concert was enjoyable visit us @ www.myurl.com enter for free tickets to Vortex on 4/17"). Alternate Message
When a customer first opts-in, the auto-responder message is sent. If a customer tries to re-opt in to the service after having already been opted-in, an alternate message can be sent to them in place of the default auto-responder. Example: Auto-responder: Thanks for joining Taco Joe's discounts! Show this msg to a waiter to get 15% off your next meal! More discounts to follow! Stop to cancel. Alternate message: Thanks for your interest in Taco Joe's discounts! You have opted-in, stay tuned for more discounts! Stop to cancel.
Text 4 Info
Text 4 Info allows a campaign to be setup which only provides information via the auto-responder message. Accounts using this option do not have the ability to send any messages to their end-users. Rather, the end-user will only receive the initial customized auto-responder message when they text to receive the information. This option allows for a full 160 character message to provide the information to the end-user. *Subscribers obtained through text 4 info accounts cannot be marketed to via text message.
Sequential Messages
In addition to the default auto-responder sent on first opt-in, a series of auto-responder messages (up to 5) can be scheduled to be sent at specified intervals from when the subscriber opted-in. Sequential messages can be set to delivered at a specified time of the day and will be queued until the specified day and time
Keywords
Your keyword comes with your account and is unique to your account. There is no extra cost for your first keyword (first keyword is included on all packages). Additional keywords are available for $0 setup and $10/mo. See Pricing page for details
Import Contacts
Import your numbers from your current database or download your contacts from your previous provider. Enable importing by calling our Support Team after you signup!
Web Widget
To make your text messaging campaign accessible to customers visiting your website, we have provided a web widget tool. The web widget tool can be designed to fit the specifications, theme, and style of your website. The code is then generated, and you insert the code into your webpage. Customers can then type their phone number into the widget and opt-in to your campaign, right from your website!
